I've made two visits to Mercy Regional ER in the past three years. The first time I was having breathing problems, the second visit was due to a debilitating migraine. My experience at Mercy was adequate, but a little unsettling. The people were not extremely personal or friendly. I defintely felt like a case-study. I got the impression that their goal was to simply get me in and out as fast as possible. I don't have any major complaints with this business, I just don't have exceptionally fond memories of my experiences.
