Just got my hair done at Turning Heads this morning. I really like the place - not too busy and the women there were very friendly. I got a partial foil done by Val, and she did a color combination that looks very natural - it actually very much resembles my childhood blonde! She was very good at getting me the look I wanted, even if I couldn't exactly articulate what I had in mind. Only wish the price was a little less, but I guess getting my hair done in the city, I should expect it. Aside from that, I had a very good experience today!
