I was referred by a loan company to Autofair Hyundai, a Ms. Friolet. My circumstances were not usual, or easy - i.e. the blue-book value of my 2006 Subaru Baja is less than what I owe because the loan included paying off my other vehicle. She was made aware of these facts, and assured me she got people into loans with less credit scores, and more difficult situations than this. I changed my schedule to come in at her request on Saturday, altho I changed it from 9 to 11am. I had to drive from Kingston and arrived at 10 of 11 to be greeted by someone else who told me Ms. Friolet was with someone else. The person who attended to me could not help at all. So I wasted gas, and my morning plans were ruined, for no good reason. This was a very upsetting first impression of Autofair Hyundai and I would never recommend, and would actually deter people from going there.

I bought three new cars from Autofair. The third had a major warranty problem. They denied my claim and fought me all the way to the DMV Arbitration Board. They lost and had to buy back the vehicle. After 6+ months of hell, I would not take a free vehicle from them. It turned out to be the worst dealership I dealt with in my 45+ years of buying cars. KEEP AWAY FROM AUTOFAIR!

This car dealership is made up of six different dealers (toyota, ford, scion, honda, lexus & hyundai). My husband bought a car from Honda last summer and he was very impressed. They give you the retail price for the vehicle and their upfront lowest price. It is usually pretty reasonable. This does make it easy because you don't have to haggle, one of the worst things about buying a car. He had great customer service while he dealt with them. I would definately recommend buying from them.
