As a customer of Ana Tselios for the past 17 years, I am appalled to discover such a heinous attack on her character by the previous poster. Not only is Ana a personable, kind, and generous person, she is also a skilled, professional stylist. Over the past 17 years, I can count on one hand the number of hair cuts I haven?t immediately been happy with. In those cases, I spoke with Ana, who insisted I come back for her to work on my hair until I was satisfied. Never would she be offended or become hostile, as she is in business to please her clients. In fact, if the things stated by the previous poster were true, I?d highly doubt that Ana, or Medusa?s would be in business for the number of years they?ve prospered. Ana, Olga, and Sandy are all very amiable, practiced stylists, and I?m confident that all of them would do anything in their power to make sure a customer leaves delighted with his or her new look. The previous poster has essentially attacked the character of one of the kindest people I?ve ever met, on completely false accusations. I?d encourage you to ignore the previous poster?s comments about Ana Tselios and Medusa Hair & Nails. If you are looking for a new salon, I highly recommend this one. You will be delighted with the service you receive. Pros: Great customer service, wonderful stylists Cons: none!

I have been a regular client at Medusa Hair and Nails, usually getting my hair cut by Olga. She was not available this past time so I tried the other stylist and co-owner of the salon, Ana. She gave me a horrible new hairstyle, hacking into my long hair with lots of unwanted layers. When I called her a few days later to tell her I was not happy with my haircut she immediately became hostile and defensive, yelling at me on the phone, interrupting me every time I tried to talk. She kept telling me over and over again that she gave me a new hairstyle and I just needed to get used to it. I told her that she cut my layers too short. She denied it and said that hair only takes a few days to grow out. She refused to give me a refund and refused to let me get a recut by Olga, my original stylist. She has horrible customer service skills and was very unprofessional with me. I would not want to see anyone suffer the same experience with her that I did. Pros: none Cons: poor customer service
