I was recommended to Pop's from a local garage. My 1984 Mercedes 380 SL needed an exhaust...BAD! From start to finish, they did a professional job, were extremely accommodating and very NICE! The price was 1/3 of what I would have paid anywhere else, but since this is what they do (and they are experts at it!), they are able to charge less. They are honest and fair, which is incredible in itself, in the automotive field, isn't it? Since the exhaust was done, I had problems with the resonator (don't ask me what it is!). Turns out I had a defective resonator, but Pop's stood behind their work and replaced it - twice! Now my car is running like a dream again. They never gave me an attitude or questioned me, just fixed the car and were very apologetic about the inconvenience. WOW! They've got a customer for life and I will tell everybody else I know, too. Thanks, Pop's, you truly are the best at what you do.

This is a family friendly place with a great kids menu and plenty of appetizers which are discounted on Mondays in the bar.

Tony's is a place where my husband and I go when we need our cars services. While their prices for service are "average", or sometimes even considered pricey - people who go there know that their car was serviced properly and that Tony's Garage will do a good job. We have recommended several of our friends to go there, and they have also become loyal customers.

This dealership is one that does not allow for haggling. Whatever the price on the car is, that is the price, and that's a nice feature, especially for someone like me. However, I did not feel entirely comfortable with the people there and I did feel a little pushed and hurried. I ultimately decided not to purchase a Honda, but that had more to do with the fact that they were back-ordered on Civics for two months than it did with their salespeople.

Peter Fedora was rude and disrespectful in my dealings with him. He did not want to give me my prescription when requested it, and later told me I had lied and not to return. I had not lied and was upset by the way he treated me. Do yourself a favor, NEVER GO TO FEDORA OPTICAL!!!
Pros: any pros are outweighed by Peter Fedora's nasty attitude

I am a big Smokey Bones fan or at least I was before I went to this location. We had really bad service and the food was just ok. The French fries were terrible, who can not make a decent French fry? What is worse than bad French Fries, not having your waiter ever check back with you so you can tell him. We had to send another waiter to find ours!
We have eaten at other Smokey Bones and have loved the food and never had bad service. There are just too many restaurants in this area of Manchester to allow a restaurant to provide less than good service and good food.
