I purchased an Acura RL and found the experience to be very satisfying. Their pricing was competitive with all others. However, their biggest draw and best attribute is their wonderful service department. They are extemely courteous and professional and treat everyone as a valued customer regardless of how much or how little service you are having done. Their service hours are also very accomodating for the working individual.

Honest shop with resonable prices. Located off I-84 in Manchester Industrial Park. Nationwide warranty a plus. Accepts certain coupons. If I have to pay someone for work on my transmission again , I would pick these guys at Machester AAMCO again!
Pros: Nationwide warranty, quick turnaround, resonable prices

They repair all types of transmissions, i.e. car, 4 WD, and AWD.I have and SUV that was stuck in 1 & 2, due to a computer chip malfunction; which later lead to needing the transmission rebuilt. This place fixed both, so I didn't need to go to 2 places! And their prices are very, very, reasonable!!! For instance - Over 20 yrs. ago I had to put a rebuilt transmission on a standard car, when living in PA, it cost me the same amount then as it did this year when I had my 4WD fixed! NOW that's what I call WONDERFUL! The crew is friendly, will show you what needs to be repaired, if you need to see it visually and get it back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I can't say enough good about this place...they're the BEST in my book!

I am in the market for a new car and recently stopped by Lynch Toyota. The staff was incredibly nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet, free of loud music and pushy salespeople. My test drive was painless and the salesman basically allowed the car to sell itself. When I left, I felt no pressure to make an immediate decision and was instead simply handed a business card and asked to call if I needed any more information. Highly recommended!

Lapointe Automotive Enterprises is a complete foreign and domestic auto repair shop. The do alternators, Starters, Brakes, Timing Belts, Mufflers and Exhaust, Shocks, Struts, Water Pumps, Tune ups. They do computer Diagnostics and emission and Air Conditioning Repairs. They have have rental cars on site. I would recommend this shop because their staff is very helpful

My husband and I purchased a 2008 6-cylinder Honda Accord. Six months later, April 30, 2008, it was in the shop for the "malfunction indicator" which was on steady. Manchester Honda gave me a rental car, a KIA, (which I was not happy with) while our Accord was in the shop. I asked why I couldn't get a Honda to temporarily drive. Tom Graham, the service manager who needed re-training for customer service, explained to me that it was too costly for the company to have rental insurance!. So for TWO weeks I drove around in a KIA while I made payments for a New Accord which I could not drive! On May 1st, the service manager, Troy Roberts informed me the technicians were still trying to resolve the problem. On May 2nd, I called the sales manager, John Casey, and asked to speak to the owner about this situation. After being questioned by Mr Casey about my request, he finally said he would leave the owner, Jonathon Lareby, a message to call me, but could not guarantee he would personally call! After leaving two voice mail messages myself for Mr. Lareby, he finally called me back explaining he was at the dentist getting three teeth filled! I explained the situation and he said he would have to speak with the service manager since he did not have all the details. He never appologized for any inconvenince. I asked him to replace our car with another. He said he could not do that. I felt no reassurance and empathy from this man. On May 6th, the service manager, Troy Roberts, who was the only one I found to have good customer service, called me to say a new replacement engine was being ordered!. Finally, on May 15th, I was called to say our 2008 Honda Accord with a new engine, was ready to be picked up. My husband and I drove down to pick up the car. No one greeted us. No one apologized. We were simply handed our keys and told, "No charge"
Pros: no sales pressure....because
Cons: They do not negotiate
