Mammoth Mountain is one of the best. This mountain has the best snow, and the best slopes. My fiance is a snowboarder, that can't ever get enough snow. At a time he had a season pass to this mountain, and we live over 100 miles from the resort. This resort has some of the nicest staff, and some of the greatest accommodations. The best part, the ski season lasts until July when most resorts are closed by April!

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is the best ski resort in California. They have different runs for all types of skiiers and snowboarders from the bunny slopes (more than one to choose from) to the black diamond runs (with the gondola ride to the top). For a one day all access pass, you can go up the Canyon Lodge side and come down the other side and take a shuttle back to Canyon Lodge. You have access to the entire mountain, not just a side of it. Mammoth Mountain ski lodge is located on a dormant volcano and they have the best and most snow. I would recommend this a fun weekend of skiing for all.
