The idiot girl couldn't even find my address when I called them for the cab, she didn't even try to be helpful...something like "" you either give me the exact address or else..""...

The idiot girl couldn't even find my address when I called them for the cab, she didn't even try to be helpful...something like "" you either give me the exact address or else.."". I am a stranger in Malden and their system doesn't cover all the street names, so she didn't have Overlook Ridge Drive in their system, when I asked her to look it up in google map, she said it's either I give the directions or she won't help me...\r ...such a great customer service...!!!\r hey idiot ..look it up here in google map..there is only one 10, OVERLOOK RIDGE DRIVE in Malden/Revere!!! more

worst taxi company ever 6/4/2008

called for a cab, they told me 20 minutes.... i wait 20 minutes, no cab. call at 30 minutes- they say they're on my street and should be there in a minute or two. ten minutes later i call and they tell me that the guy hasn't actually left yet and it will be 1/2 hour til they show. w/t/f? these people have no customer service skills, and what's more they outright lied. don't use these jerks! more

Awful never use them they charge way to much they dont have melrose cars they send a malden or medford death trap and charge you a malden rate Rip off more

I live in Melrose and found this # in my phone book. I was surprised when a Medford taxi showed up when I called. Turns out that Melrose, Malden, Everett and Medford cabs are all one company. The cab was clean and on time and the driver a real pro. I will call these guys again. Pros: Niiice cars more

Great service 6/20/2007

Unlike the other companies in the area (A & A, etc.) Malden Taxi (the REAL one) has a large fleet of clean cabs with courteous drivers. They also supply vans and buses for larger groups. They are the best choice for miles around in my opinion. Pros: Cab didn't break down Cons: A & A taxi did break down more

the worst cab i ever took never on time dispatcher rude rates are a rip off more then the boston rate dont help with bags dirty cabs what a joke more
