I don't usually rave about restaurant franchises, but Biaggi's over at Junction Rd (just a few blocks beyond the complex mall of Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Old Navy if you are coming from Mineral Pt Rd) is too wonderful and too affordable to pass. The calamari fritti that comes with two tomato-based dipping sauces makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The ziti al forno is somewhat greasy, but gratifying nonetheless, and the scallop spiedini served over couscous and smothered with sweet balsamic vinegar reduction is exquisite. The chicken pietra is flavorful, but I do not particularly recommend their veal with parmesan. It has that been-there-done-that taste about it. Otherwise, they have an excellent wine list, a fully-stocked bar, and the ambience warm in a cool way, and romantic without being overly cheesy. Great service, cute waiter/waitresses are a bonus! =)
