Best

I have always liked going to buckys for my auto repairs, they are very nice and always make great, long lasting repairs. Thanks Bucky's!

Worst

This used to be a respectable place, but all the stores were sold. The place has gone downhill, and these guys are thieves. They have lifetime brake special at $49.95 per axle....

Thanks! 12/19/2010

Highly Recommend 11/29/2010

All around a great experience. I appreciated that they did not try to over complicate or over sell repairs that may not have been necessary. Same day service, and a decent price to boot. Highly Recommend. more

Quick and Easy 11/29/2010

They fixed my car the same day and gave me plenty of notice when it was finished. I also appreciated, since I am not much of a car guy, that they did not try to over complicate or over sell repairs that may not have been necessary. more

This used to be a respectable place, but all the stores were sold. The place has gone downhill, and these guys are thieves. They have lifetime brake special at $49.95 per axle. When you take your car back due to the breaks wearing out, I was told it would be $28.00 for labor to install the new pads, and yes, they due have a lifetime warranty. BUT, to clean, adjust, and road test, its another $50.00! Thats more than what I paid in the first place. And oil change at $15.95? Forget it! They claim my vehicle required 5-20 weight oil, and charged an additional $10.00. When I went home. I checked my oil change receipts, all the other places I had my oil change did not charge extra. When I went back to ask them about it, the manager was rude claiming that I didn't know what I was talking about! Avoid this place at all cost! more

WORST SERVICE EVER 10/21/2009

JUST TO GET ESTIMATED FOR THE PRICE. The lady there even said that the estimation was free. so i was like "okay, for free, i'll do it" when the tech guys and the manager lifted my car up on the lifter, and told me the price that i wasn't comfortable with. so i was like, okay, could you print off the estimation paper so i can think it over? and the manager guy said. "Do you really think that you can come and just go? You just wasted my and our workers time. You are gonna have to do something here." Well, I felt like i was discriminated? just because I'm Asian. I felt really disgusted, but i had to pay $250 for something that i didn't want to do. But i had no choice? If i hadn't paid them, they could have done something to my car. WORST WORST! DON'T GO THERE! more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 7/18/2009

I Love this place everyone there is so nice and friendly. The Manager Joey is so helpful and kind he really tries to work with your budget and get the job done. sometimes there is a wait but its got to say something about the stores reputation if they are always that busy. to me its worth the wait. I will never go to another shop again. Thanks Joey and the Buckys crew!!! more

Bucky's is the worst repair shop ever, I feel violated 6/15/2009

Ive been here before for an oil change before and they did the job OK so when I needed my exhaust fixed I thought Id give them another try. They fixed the exhaust and a few months later it started leaking from the manifold/head pipe flange, I took it back and told them what was wrong and the tech took a look at it, came back to the manager and said that 2 of the three bolts were gone. The manager then accused me of going "off-roading" because my truck is a 4x4, I told him that no that wasn't correct and after he grilled me again he agreed to put the two bolts back in and tack-weld them in place. After about three hours of waiting I asked the manager what was taking so long and he replied "were just taking our time, don't you take your time when you work on your car" inferring that because I'm not willing to wait 1 hour per bolt that I would rush my work. After another hour I went outside to see if I could talk to the tech. I asked him if the car was giving him problems he replied "lil bit, lil bit". I asked him if he had broken a bolt he replied, "lil bit lil bit" Another 1/2 hour, it was obvious to me they were trying to cover they're ass and I approached the assistant manager and asked her if they were having problems and if she could give me any information. She talked to the tech and finally told me that they had broken the 1 bolt that was still left when i had pulled in. They hadn't made any progress at all in 4 1/2 hours. She told me I would probably need to leave it overnight and I explained that I totally understood but I would absolutely need the car in two days. She then arranged a ride from one of the techs so I could get home. Thank You So I give them a call two days later and he quotes me $350 for a new manifold or they can only weld the flange shut. I explained to him that I expected to have the bolt drilled out and retapped. He told me that my truck was so old and had so many miles that it wasn't worth it, he had already put 11 man-hours into the truck (I highly doubt this) more

BEWARE! 12/10/2008

Do not go here unless you want to leave with more car trouble than you came with and want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for terrible service. I went in to have some work done on my honda. My car now has multiple problems it never had before i went to Bucky's. Just simply do not go there. more
