Good: The atmosphere is great - even the bathrooms have character! The only issue is that the music can get really loud and it can be hard to hold a conversation.
Most of the staff is very friendly and low-key. The manager is seen helping out and they have a great bar for after hours which gets pretty crowded.. Bad: Service quality really depends on who you get. Some always remember you when you come in and others seem to forget you at the table.. Improvements: It would be nice if they would turn the music down when not many people are there but it seems as if they actually turn it up during these times making it hard to have a conversation. It can really turn some people off.. Other: If you want a little of everything then go during the buffet time! It's all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad! They try out new pizza creations on buffet-ers but also make some classics and will even take requests..

We love to go eat at The Rock. Deliciously different pizzas, interesting beers, a fun environment, very kid friendly...can't go wrong here!
The appetizers are good too but good god! The chicken fingers (blackened I think they were, or possibly cajun, can't remember..the stuff fried my brains) were amazing but hot enough to rip my head off. I like hot food to a point. It would seem that since having kids, my enjoyment of spicy food has decreased a bit, not sure why since my kids love it but anyways...the chicken fingers were dynamite in a number of ways...>.< Delicious!

After reading all these great reviews, my family ended up here. I was a little hesitant because it was a weekend and it was dinner time! However, it was great!! There was no wait at all at 6:30pm - it did, however, start to get packed around 7-7:30pm. So, if you want to visit before 6:30, I think you're good - just to put to ease those who hate to wait with their preschooler(s)! It was really laid back - they were friendly to my child as he literally tried to climb the walls. And, oh yeah, their food was as represented - we went with their advise on the pizza, which was very good with fresh ingredients, but next time I'm going to try a burger...

I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. They play 60's 70's & 80's music and the decor is like that of a run down area of New York. The waitresses are great and friendly and I have to mention the bartender name Nicole. She is friendly and goes out of her way for perfect service.
Their food is excellent. We especially like their pizza. My favorite is the Crazy Train which has pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, black olives, bacon, onions, garlic and hot cherry peppers.

So this place is supposed to be great for their pizza and brewskis but I love them for their artichoke dip and salads! If you go during lunch there is a small buffet with pizza and a few other items, but I've never personally tried it. Their pizzas are very delicious, and the recipes are very unique. Atmosphere-wise, the decor is fun, the music is loud, and the toilets are airbrushed (at least in the ladies room)! I've been back a few times and will definitely be back a few times more.
PS-I hear their brew is super delicious...between 8 and 11% alcohol content.
