They were professional, and cleaned things up when they were done.. Bad: No complaints.. Improvements: Online Billing would be nice. Other: I've used them before when replacing my furnace two years ago. Their heating division were just as good..

I had these guys out to clear a clogged drain in my upstairs bathroom. They came the same day, had it done in an hour and were on target with what they said it would cost over the phone. Most of all, they were clean and thoughtful. When I answered the door I was going to ask them to take off their shoes but they were already button on those shoe covers. I didn't have to say a word to protect my new off-white carpet. I would call them back again.

I lost my gas heater in the middle of a winter storm. I had a tech out to my house with 4 portable space heaters in an hour. The next day they had a crew out to replace the unit with a much higher capacity. I am thankful that they gave me the space heaters the first day so I did not have to pay higher evening rates. I highly recommend Day & Nite.

I would not recommend this company. I had a busted garage pipe right next to my outside faucet. The tech replaced a 12" piece of pipe. He was at my house for less than 1 hr and my bill was 550.00. I was told they bill by the job. I did complain and was given a 97.00 refund but that price is still way too high. I should have checked around.

What can I say? I just received a copy of a bill from Day & Night Plumbing & Heating for over $400 and from what I can tell, they did nothing more than make a mess. I have a rental unit, and the tenant complained of a backed-up drain. The property management company sent out Day & Night. According to the tenant (and the bill) the plumber spent 3 hours and couldn't snake further than 10 feet. He without resolving the problem. The next day I called another service and met the plumber at the property. In under an hour he had not only fixed that problem, but fixed an unrelated drain problem on an exterior drain. I've notified the property management company to avoid Day & Night in the future, and I advise you also!
