Good: the Customer Service is good, and the staff is friendly, and environment is very clean !. Bad: the one male dog groomer is awful, he didn't know how to groom the dog !!!. Improvements: the more Dog Groomer like " Brooke Robinson " did Excellent grooming !!!. Other: if U have dog that need the good price with excellent grooming, U need to ask appointment with "Brooke Robinson ", she is very good at dog grooming, i have 2 different breed and different style to groom, 1 is single layer hair, another is double coat, she did good job at 1st time when i visit her, and she is friendly and listening to Ur opinion, also she is nice lady !!!.
