Dr. Booth is a very kind and gentle eye doctor. He was my eye doctor for the 6 years I lived in Lubbock. He's the only OD in Lubbock who accepts Mail Handler's insurance (which was the primary reason why we preferred him over anyone else). He is exceptional to me because the one time I had an eye emergency (instead of the standard eye exam) he very kindly found a place for me in his busy schedule and saw me and diagnosed and treated my problem.

My experience here was horrible. The staff (not the doctors) was made up of a bunch of kids that were not friendly at all. They acted like they were doing you a favor. I watched as they were rude to several clients coming in the door. One girl actually sounded illiterate.
During a vision screening they puffed air into my dad's prosthetic eye and his other eye which had a contact lens in it. The manager thought it was funny (She needs to be fired).They did not meet our expectations, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Cabrera is such a kind doctor. He has watched me grow from young boy to adolescent to now a man. He's been there when my family has needed him and he has always offered his expert opinion. The only problem with his clinic is that it can get busy and that although walk-ins are welcome, you will usually have to wait a while to see Dr. Cabrera.

Approximately two years ago when my wife was pregnant with my daughter I had the pleasure of going with her to an appointment at the Diagnostic Imaging Center. Once there she had her first ultrasound. The tech doing the ultrasound was great, taking the the time to point out what we were looking at as it was our first time to view an ultrasound. Anymore it is hard to find good bedside manner, but this in one group that excelled.

Dr Burkholder is the absolute best Ob/Gyn in Lubbock. He delivered 2 of my 4 kids and was my OB for 3 of the 4. He has the best bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend using him. He also has a great staff. They are all considerate and caring and treat you as if you are the only patient they have!
