I have recently had the pleasure of eating at this local lubbock restuarant and I must say that I was very impressed. I had a regular crust pepperoini pizza and I think it was one of the best I have ever had. The price was also good. You can't beat walking out of a restuarant having feed an entire family for under 20 dollars.

I'm sure you've all tried Domino's pizza (who hasn't). I really like the Domino's near my house as the people are really friendly and helpful and always tell you what the specials are before you order. I find they are very quick and have a lot of good cheap deals all of the time. What is there to say about the pizza - just good typical Domino's pizza. Try some today.

I discovered Picante's when I moved over to 34th Street. This is the perfect place to get tons of food for a small price. I order the same thing every time, breakfast burrito with egg, sausage, potatoes and cheese, These things are so big I can never finish the whole thing in one sitting. The hot sauce they use is definitely a mouth burner, but so addicting!

this place has really good food. it has a homemade taste that most high dollar oriental buffets lack. the restaurant itself is rather small and plain, but don't let that fool you. it is clean and the prices are reasonable. all of my kids love it.

If you want a perfect steak, cooked just the way you like it. This is not the place to go. Maybe it was the cook that night, but out of 5 steaks, he only cooked one steak the way it was suppose to be cooked. One was completely rare (suppose to be medium, it was still mooing), and well done was burned so badly that it could not be eaten. The Mahi Mahi is excellent though.
Pros: decent service, fair parking
Cons: watch your steak, crowded, loud

I used to come to Chinese Kitchen at least once a week. Unfortunately I don't live in Lubbock anymore. They have really great sweet and sour chicken. The sauce is just right! I usually get a combo plate, 2 entree choices that comes with fried rice and a drink. Don't forget to order a couple of egg rolls too!!

Chez Suzette is really one of the nicer data type local resturants in Lubbock. I think that thier food (French) is pretty good, but it is not my favorite. The atmosphere is really quaint. Chez is squished into a tiny shopping center by Quaker, so it can be easy to have to drive by once or twice. Also, on Valentines day, plan early as reservations go quick!
PROS: Good food
CONS: reservations and parking can be hard to come by

I am a huge fan of Josie's! I love Mexican food. I'm a sucker for breakfast burritos. The great thing is that they serve breakfast all day! They open super early for the morning risers and stay open late for the party crowd. It makes it easy to stop in anytime I get my craving!
