My 2 year old daughter spilled RED fingernail polish on my brand new beige carpet. I was petrified and at a loss for what to do. it was late in the evening and no one would answer my calls. I called Carpet Tech and they came out that night. The technicians were very nice and clean cut. Being a single mom, i am skeptical of technicians coming into my home. With Carpet Tech i have never felt safer. They were able to remove the fingernail polish with no evidence that the red was ever there. I have used them many times since then. And have always been very pleased with the results. i would refer them to all of my friends and family. Most recently my daughter started having asthma attacks. We called Carpet Tech to have our air ducts cleaned. Once again they over delivered. My daughter has had no problems since. Donna Hudson

Carpet Tech came out to my mom's house and cleaned her white carpet. They did a good job...well until it dried! All of the spots came back and it didn't look as if it had been cleaned at all! I called 3-4 times and got no response. I won't be using them again.
