Good: They got my car set up on the schedule within 1 week (I had things to do before dropping it off). Carstar also pre-ordered all the parts that were needed so I didn't have to leave the vehicle longer just to wait on a door & fender. (Made the repair wrap up under a week).. Bad: Nothing at this point the Auto Body Repair was great. Improvements: If they can turn my wife's Nissan Sentra into a Corvette that would be nice. Honestly nothing that I can think of.. Other: My wife's sister backed into her passenger door and it needed to be replaced. Atlantic Auto Body, Carstar looked at my car because they wanted to see if there was anything missed right away and ordered my parts before I dropped off her car. When I dropped off my wife's car they had a rental car company pick us up and we got to continue the rest of our day. When we dropped off the rental to pick up her Sentra after the Auto Body work was complete we got to leave the rental at the shop. Thank you Carstar!.
