Although i notice that the prices are a little bit high when compared to other similar pet stores. They have lots of branches located in major cities.

I had a bad experiance here. I went to buy a hamster here and they were not nice to me at all. I just wanted a hamster, not snobbery. They would not sell it to me unless I bought an overpriced cage that they deemed appriporate. They were rude and their prices were quite high. i won't shop there again.

Bad: They don't ask how you want your dog groomed (even Petco does that). They are seriously rude and uncaring about credit card security or customer service/convenience.. Improvements: Nothing they could do would get me to go back in there..

Unfortunately the vets could not understand the symptoms... Uncaring. Animal sees different vets.
My cat had surgery there. The technician told me that technicians do all the surgeries at this VCA.
Extremely expensive. I have spent thousands there for nothing.

I HAVE A 14 YR. OLD FEMALE WHITE PERSIAN WHO SOMETIMES BITES WHEN BEING GROOMED BY MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE. UNLESS SHE'S EATING. SHE WILL NOT TOLERATE HER 'RUMP'/'TAIL' BEING TOUCHED AT ALL.
OTHER SHOPS I'VE TRIED CALL WITHIN 1/2 HOUR TO COME PICK HER UP. BONNIE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER. SHE'S A MIRACLE WORKER.
