I used to be a fan of this establishment. I appreciated their cheap and funky clothes and jewelry and gave them 2 years of my life that I can never get back. One hot summer day I was about to embark on an outdoor adventure sans sunglasses and to run into Elegance to buy affordable pair. Unfortunately, mid-adventure the screw from my now cheap pair of sun glasses feel out. Being that they broke the same day and I had the receipt to prove it, I returned to Elegance the next day to seek an exchange for a functional pair. When I went in the owner of the store told me that I had two options 1) bring back the tiny screw that fell out so that he could fix them himself 2) buy another pair. I was dissatisfied and expressed this to the owner and to ensure customer satisfaction he began screaming at me--in front of the children and their mothers in the store at the time--until I left in tears. If you want quality products and services, do not go here.
