First off, I have to disagree with the user below....I'm sorry but if you are not used to dress codes by now, you must not go out in LA very often, you cant blame the restaurant for trying to class-up k-town. Besides the fact, that this has nothing to do with the quality of this new bar/restaurant. I went last night with my girls to check out this new spot and we had a great time! The tapas and the cocktails all seemed unique to Maitreya. I highly recommend the Maitreya lemondrop, which they've put their own little twist on, by adding champagne! And as far as the food, we tried the tapas platter, which gave us little samples of many of their dishes, all of which were interesting and delicious!! We will definitely be going back to try more of the menu and possibly even try the 3 course-dinner. Thanks Maitreya for bringing a new kind of cuisine and class to our neighborhood!!
