If you want an awesome place to stay while in Hollywood I definitely recommend The Roosevelt hotel on Hollywood Blvd, which is across the street from the Kodak theater. It recently was remodeled and the inside is absolutely gorgeous, classy and stunning all at the same time. The staff is very nice and has a very nice restaurant off the lobby. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, clubs, coffee houses and much much more. The rooms are nice and clean. They have rooms to rent out for parties or meetings. Infact the Oscars originally were hosted there. I would stay here again.

This was the best place for our group to be. It is a small,very clean well-kept motel. The renovated rooms were wonderful with ecclectic 70's decor. We could see other members from our party over the balcony. The service was fantastic esp Silvia(housekeeping) and Roberto - manager. Coming from Wisconsin we didn't want to get into the car and drive in LA if we didn't have to. We could walk to the Farmer's Market/two huge shopping centers (Grove and Beverly..) We walked to the Walk of fame and The chinese theater district( bussed back however - a little far) and we could walk to the Silent Movie Theater on Fairfax where the wedding occurred. The kitchen units/suites would be great for family and we wish we had known to ask for one. We did have one for a "bridal" suite the night of the wedding which was great for our son/wife. It was a great experience. And additionally Swinger's restaurant nextdoor/on site was great with excellent choices including vegetarian selections etc. Our visit far exceeded our expectations!!! I called Luxury Transportation looking for a taxito LAX. When they gave me their rate I was sure they were taxi company because it was an absolutely low rate! When the driver called to tell me he was outside, I was shocked when I saw a nice and clean towncar. The driver was in a nice suit and we had a whole conversation on the way to the airport. Since then I've placed all my reservations with Luxury Transportation.

Appreciate! We used this service on our move from Los Angeles to Santa Monica in May and felt it was necessary to post our opinion because this is where we found them. The company did a grade A job all the way through. Our price was on target of their initial quote. The move was flawless and the folks on both ends were easy to deal with and extremely professional over the phone and in person. A job well done and another happy customer.

I called West Hollywood House Movers after being referred to them by a close friend that had "The best moving experience ever!"
With out a doubt my moving experience was as well. The guys Mathew, Travis and James were strong, fast, polite, real expert movers.
They padded and shrink wrapped all of my furniture, and used dollies and lifting straps I have never seen, state of the art equipment that made my move go that much faster.
My move was completed faster than I would have dreamed, they placed all of my items where I needed them to be. I really appreciate the good character and hard work of West Hollywood House Movers, I will recommend them to you and anyone else!

I had the opportunity to stay here regularly for a six month period. The hotel is often sold out, so if you want to stay, book ahead. The beds are fabulous, and the location is convenient to both shopping as well as some funky Third St. restaurants. The staff remembered me, and had a gift for me in the room each time I stayed as a reward for being a returning guest. Very nice place - would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here not expecting much, but were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were cute and immaculately clean, the service was very good, and the location was very convenient. And the fact that there isn't a restaurant isn't a problem; among the many options is a 24-hour diner across the street with great food.

We're from the East Coast. Our introduction was to sit on the tour bus with Little Larry chatting with Richard who was our tour bus driver. Little Larry.....What an excellent person....excellent personna....REALLY. The tour was a hoot, Richard a character, Little Larry, had another tour so left us. Great tour. Laughed alot. An unfortunate thing did happen, not as far as the tour, but as far as having our 16 year old daughter with us & her abscentmindness. She was so excited to get to LA & the Gruman Chinese theater area...she bought an expensive dress in one of the boutiques on the plaza with her own hard earned money. In our excitement of looking for STARS & their homes, she forgot her package on the tour bus. We didn't realize it until we left LA to Newport Beach. My daughter freaked out! I called Starline tours & they said they'd look into it. Now....Little Larry...he gave us his card. I called Larry during the evening. Larry, God Bless his soul, talked to me, remembered us, and said he'd call That night & help us out!!!!!!!! And so he did...as promised...he went over & beyond to help us!!!!! And did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had personally called Richard & confirmed that our bag was there & then gave me instructions on how I could retrieve the bag. Larry was kind, helpful beyond the call of duty, easy to talk to, and I could go on & on about how, even his attitude helped our situation. The story ends positively. Thank you All, especially Larry - check out his myspace - awesome!!!!!!! and Starline Tours, Richard & Mary!!!! Our LA experience was fantastic! We met so many good people in this little scenerio...all Starline tours! God Bless you Little Larry! You are GREAT!!!!!!
