I found Langer's because they were listed as the authorized repair shop for Samsonite bags in the Los Angeles area. At first I was dreading having to travel all the way to Sunset Blvd from Santa Monica for repair (two trips - one to drop off, one to pick up). But after seeing what they did with my bag, I can say the trip was well worth it. They really know what they are doing when it comes to Samsonite. My bag was a discontinued model, so parts are hard to come by. But they were able to improvise and use similar parts and make it look like it was part of the production run. They also have a decent assortment of luggage in the store. I was not in need of anything, but the prices looked pretty good and they had some unique styles. Definitely a recommended place for luggage.
