my worst experience ever making online purchases. i found cybershops through pricegrabber.com and purchased a microsoft wireless tilted keyboard & mouse set. they sell new, refurbished, and OEM items so i read the descriptions for the product carefully because i wanted new item only. on the website under product description for this item, it said "BRAND NEW, factory sealed retail box includes ALL accessories, batteries and full manufacturer warranty". so i ordered based on this statement. the product i received was definitely not brand new. when I peeled off the first layer of seal, I found a second layer underneath that HAD ALREADY BEEN CUT APART! in addition, the components inside the box had been rearranged. i emailed them and asked for a full refund (without the 15% restocking fee.) they emailed me back and insisted that it was brand new and said that i was accusing them of things that were completely untrue. i do not see how something could be brand new factory sealed if the seal had already been broken! i have never been angrier with a purchase and advise everyone to stay far away!! cybershops = dishonesty and rude customer service
