Here's a strange story: restaurant has a fire (I think) and rebuilds *exactly* like they used to look. However, the food seems to have changed. I used to love their apple pancake and went back last year to try it again. It has changed in some way and just isn't nearly as good as it used to be. It is really a shame because Dinah's used to have the best apple pancake anywhere, and now it's not worth the thousands of calories.

THis is an old fashioned joint for families and young adults. I tried the fried chicken meal and the apple pancake. The portions are extremely large and though I have to admit I was satisfied. This place is a good local, and affordable restaurant for a variety of tastes. If you're in the mood for a large meal for next to nothing and you have a few pounds to spare, check out this place.
