I would rate this salon a minus 50 star! I was treated so rudely by these people I will never go back. There is not a doubt in my mind they were saying horrible things about me and making degrading comments. Their work is sub-par at best.

I went in for a spa manicure and pedicure. A couple of minutes into the process, I asked them to turn on the spa chair, but nothing happened, only heat - the massaging features were broken. There were several other chairs open, but for some reason they put me in a broken one. Then, the manicurist did a horrible job, didn't paint the the whole surface. Next I got my eyebrows waxed. Fortunately, the waxing was comfortable - not too rough like some other places. However, when they handed me the mirror, I wanted to cry. She had butchered my eyebrows and there was hardly any hair left. All of this the day before a big event. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was so disappointed and it cost me $50. What a waste....

With all the recent scares about pedicure places, I can recommend this place. I've never gotten a spa pedicure there, so I can't vouch for that. I just get the regular pedicure, and I've been going there for about two and a half years, and I've never had a problem. I have toes that get painful if they don't get a pedicure about once a month, and if the pedicure isn't done right and carefully, then it's even worse. They know what they're doing there. I don't even use the same person each time, everyone's competent. You can make an appointment, but usually it's not necessary. Generally, I can just walk in. The longest I've had to wait is maybe ten minutes. Have a relaxing time!
