Wine, champagne, beer, hard liquor this place has it. I especially like to go to the Beverage Warehouse in the winter to get an annual sampling of seasonal brews. Helpful and friendly staff can point you in the right direction if you're not sure about something. Parking is a little bit of a challenge here.

Beverage Warehouse won't be winning any awards for decor or trendy staff anytime soon, but this place rules nonetheless. My first experience here was arriving with a French friend and a Belgian friend, and buying several hundred dollars' worth of beer to try. This was when I was first introduced to Chimay, Duval, Kwak, Lindemans, and Delirium, among much else. I've been here even for sodas; one of the best they've ever had was called Afri Cola; the only soft drink I've seen made with filtered water and cane sugar, from Germany of all places. Sadly, I have heard it's been discontinued and haven't seen it in some time. I've rented kegs and their 30-day return policy is awesome and their prices very reasonable. It's very difficult to find. When on Culver, turn east on McConnell when you see the DirecTv building. Go all the way down until you see a strip mall made up of warehouses. They're all the way in the back with a green sign and shopping carts out front. They're open to the public.
Pros: prices, selection
Cons: staff

This establishment is sort of hard to find but it is well worth the effort if you are looking for hard-to-find alcoholic beverages. It has a vast amount of display space and it is always well stocked with every item. So far I can not remember a day that I went in with a certain brand of liquor on my mind and came out empty handed. Their prices are not as cheap as the corner liquor store but for the variety and convenience, price difference is well worth.
PROS: selection
CONS: hard to find/get to, slightly higher prices
