I frequented this place for over fifteen years and this place has changed quite a bit. It used to be very popular with lots of people and some lines. I am not sure if they still have the lotto room on the side. After many exchanges in ownership, a water place blossomed in the store. I would not say that the store is very cheap. It is more like a larger version of a liquor store. I do not know what happened to the little moving toys (a car that goes back and forth, or a mini merry-go round) that they used to have by the entrance. I remember that they used to change it up every so often so that there would be different rides. Obviously, as Lincoln Heights changed, so did Bi-Rite.

This is a pretty small grocery store in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood in Los Angeles. It has a variety of groceries, and carries both Asian and Mexican food items. It has a parking lot and very easy to get to. The prices are pretty good as my family has found some bargains from time to time. Definitely check it out if you're in the neighborhood and need some quick groceries.
