I've been using Crown for several years. The quality is average at best, but they were right around the corner.
I finally got fed up with them. Twice they have made mistakes and then when I bring the pieces back claim they didn't do the original work or that somehow I'm trying to pull a fast one. You also have to check every time to make sure they haven't forgotten anything.
They have comparatively slow turn around, that combined with the Russian Roulette of them doing the work competently just doesn't make any sense.
There are far better cleaners only a couple of blocks away.
I'd avoid at all costs, otherwise it might actually cost you.
