I took my car in today for "the works" I asked for air freshener and that the car be dried with the air compressor as the mirrors always leak water. The person servicing my car wiped down the outside, splashed a little armor all on the tires and waived at me the car was done. When I approached him he was on his cell phone. I tried to interupt him and explain the car was still filthy had no air freshener, and that the mirrors were dripping. He continued on a personal phone call. Again I tried to talk to him and he remained on the personal phone call. I went back to the cashier and asked for a manager. A man came out but never identified himself. I explained the windows were not cleaned, the mirrors are dripping water there was still dirt and bird droppings on the car and spots on the leather seats. He talked to the person servicing the car for a minute and left. The person servicing / cleaning the car called me over and said why did you go to the manger you asshole. He was still on his personal phone call. I went back to the cashier and asked for the owner. Once again the same man came out who was the manager. I asked if he was the owner he said no. Eventually someone named "Jeff" came out. I told him the situation and he walked to the car with me. He said I will take car of the employee but didn't address the problem with my car not being cleaned. I told "Jeff" I wanted the car cleaned or a refund. He told me too bad learn how to talk to people and walked off. THe person servicing the car started swearing & yelling. I called Jeff on my cell and he said to bad and hung up the phone.

Let's get to the point, for $5 your car goes through a partial machine and partial hand wash. Your car is set to neutral and you don't have to bother to get out of the car. You sit in the car and wash as the first two guys with soap scrubs and soap water wipe your car up into a cloud of soap and next add water and spray with soap then sprayed with water then air dried then at the end your car is viguously wiped dry all under 5 min. While you just set back and feel have a unique experience, my little sisters ask me when my next car wash is going to be. What you shouldn't do is any thing beyond express, i have tried a premium wax and let me tell you how a bad job they did on the scratches that they told me would come off like easily. Guess what half of them were still there and the deep ones couldn't come off and i was fine with that but even small scratches weren't off my car. I later found out that the workers were being lazy. Just don't go for anything else, but the express it's not worth the money. Trust me.

I received excellent service at Sunset Car Wash. My car was left really clean it looked just like when I bought it! I didn't have to wait long for my car to be ready. They did charge me a little bit too much than other car washes but it was definitely worth it.
