This owner of All About Keys was very friendly and nice.
I think the person who wrote a slam (bad) review of "unprofessional" because of "tone of voice" of the business owner, is way off base. Please realize that many people from other countries have trouble pronouncing English as perfectly as natives, and some Eastern European and Middle Eastern country residents who come to the US of A are doing a great job, and let's not slam them for their pronunciation and their speech, OK?
This man was very helpful to us and as nice as any business owner can be. thank you to All About Keys at 10957 Kinross Ave, in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, 4 blocks from UCLA.

My husband's company had an lockout emergency that was a bit late at night, after normal closing times. They called Los Feliz Lock & Key first because they were just a few minutes away. They refused to come because it was after their normal hours so they had to keep calling every locksmith in the phone book until they finally found one all the way out in Covina.

Hillcrest Lock and Safe will make scheduled and emergency house calls. They can also rekey locks, put new locks in doors and make duplicate keys of any type. The locksmith that I dealt with was professional and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They also have a shop on Pico where you can stop to get keys made.
