My husband and I were fed up with the world of contracts, registrations fees and processing fees which is what led us to finally check out Body Builders Gym in. We love the fact that there is no gimmick. No processing fee. No contracts. No registration fee. No pressure sales. It's a friendly neighborhood gym. You can pay month to month or get a bit of a discount by paying three months at once or six months or a year. We opted for the three month deal. At the end of our first workout, while stretching, the owner introduced himself- said we must be the new members and how were we liking the gym. I mean, talk about friendly. It was great. The place is no frills. It doesn't have classes of any kind- but all that you need for a solid workout that's good not only for the body, but also the soul (by supporting local business.) Next to the gym is the cafe with really delicious, health conscious food and smoothies.
