I walked in for an eyebrow shaping and waxing for $15 and was not pleased with the results. My right eyebrow was perfectly shaped;however, the lady somehow accidentally took off a big chunk of my left eyebrow, near the corner of my nose and eye. She tried to cover it up by shaping the rest of my eyebrow weirdly. She did not even tell me of her mistake or offer an apology. Also, customer service was very poor. Her co-worker had to go move her car so she made me leave the waxing bed inside a room and sit in the front of the store with my head cranked up while she touched up her waxing job with tweezers. My neck hurt afterwards. I would never go back to this place for anything.
