I have been going to this spa for a few years and have been totally satisfied with the results of every procedure I've had there. The staff is totally professional and they could not be any nicer. I've been impressed by the fact that Dr. Rivkin listens to me, errs on the side of caution, and will not do anything that looks unnatural. Most importantly, they cured my rosacea -- which had plagued me for years -- with a combination treatment of IPL/Yag laser. I swear, nothing else helped my rosacea until Natalie brought out the IPL/Yag combo. Also, their prices for all their procedures are very reasonable compared with what similar medical spas charge, and the staff is very helpful in terms of making sure that you receive all the discounts and manufacturer rebates you are eligible for.

If you are looking for a professional staff that is friendly and competent, this is the place to go. The office was immaculate, the staff was ready for me and I was 15 min early. I saw Malia for a Vi peel, she was very kind and knowledgeable . She explained everything to me twice, as I am new to the office and services I had tons of questions, I could not be happier with my experience. I'm going back in 2 weeks for botox and to see the Dr. for a consultation on non-surgical stuff. I'll keep you posted on how that goes. I'm so happy I found this place. It's important to feel safe when you are receiving such procedures and everyone went out of their way to make me feel I was being taken care of! free parking on Broxton not even a block away, can't ask for more :)

I have been going to Dr. Rivkin since Westside Aesthetics opened and have always been happy. I have had Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Cosmelan. He doesn't push products and there have been a few times when he has said "no" to me on ideas I've had. He is not afraid to say, "You are too young for that" or "You don't need that." That's pretty rare for med spas. I feel like he has very good taste; when I say subtle, he does subtle. He understands that when I get my lips enhanced, I don't want to look like an adult film star. It's strange to me that there are mixed comments here on the office staff (particularly Karen) because I really like them. That said, maybe because I have been going for awhile and am generally pretty polite, they are nice to me. I really do feel, though, like the office staff is exceptionally nice. On a side note, however, I would not advise Cosmelan. The formulation has changed and doesn't work anymore. Overall, I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Rivkin. Feel free to contact me with any questions - I have no vested interest in the practice. Pros: Good aesthetic sense

Before seeing Dr. Rivkin, I had suffered many years with the pain and fatigue from Lupus and looked as hagard as I felt - I rarely left my house because of it and decided to visit Dr. Rivkin. After seeing Dr. Rivkin for injectibles, I felt a new sense of confidence and joy about life - in over a decade it was the first time I actually enjoyed looking into the mirror! In my opinion Dr. Rivkin is much more than a skilled doctor - he is truly an artist when it comes to working on one's face. Dr. Rivkin is very kind and gentle and his office manager, Karen is very smart, helpful and friendly - I really appreciate her efficiency and kindness. I cannot recommend Dr. Rivkin/Westside Aesthetics enough - he is the only physician of his kind I would ever trust to do this type of work - he's just beyond excellent. I can't believe I found this incredible doctor! I just had my cheecks done and it's lifted my whole face! I can see my defined jawline again!!! I went back to work that same day. Didn't bruise or swell! It didn't even hurt!! Non surgical is the way to go!!!! Dr Rivkin does just the right amount of filler so it doesn't look like you've had work done. You just look beautiful and younger! The staff is soo helpful and positive and they are always smiling. The environment is so zen. You feel at home there. They take the best care of you and answer every single question regardless of how silly it may be. I will definetly recommend this doctor to all of my clients.

I have seen Dr. Rivkin twice now for treatment of my tmj with botox, flying nearly 4000 miles round trip for the privledge of doing so. Dr. Rivkin and his staff have gone out of their way both times to accomodate my travel schedule, which makes traveling for proceedures so much easier. In addition, I have been extremely nervous about injecting a neurotoxin into my face each time I've gone, but Dr. Rivkin and his nurses have gone above and beyond to put my fears to rest. The last time I was there, I elected to have some Radiesse put into my NL folds (something I'd been contemplating for a while) but was pretty scared to do so. Dr. Rivkin was very patient with me as I, well, freaked out a bit. His nurse answered all of my questions, and even the other patients were supportive. The injections were not painful, I had virutally no bruising and I really like the results. What more can you ask for? Then, Dr. Rivkin called himself to check on me after I returned home. That was the icing on the cake. I will definitely make the trip again and will trust Dr. Rivkin with any other tweaks I elect to do. Pros: Skilled injector, attentive doctor and staff Cons: 2000 miles away

I love going to see Dr. Rivken. I do not love that I am aging however I've found a way to turn the clock back some (and not by having surgery!). I get botox around my eyes and to those horizonal lines starting to form at my forehead. It does make a difference..enough to get comments that I look refreshed and younger than I actually am..and this is after each and every time I've gone. I am delighted, not for the comments but that 'I' myself can actually see a big difference after Dr. Rivken has taken a few minutes with me (and results starting to show within just a few days..). It's my little secret :) something I'm having fun with. Dr. Rivken is impeccably mannered and professional in every way. I love that he does not flirt with his patients, though he, himself,...very nice to look at. This is a great place!

All I have to say is that I love Dr. Rivkin and the staff at Westside Aesthetics (and I generally HATE doctors and anything else that reminds me of hospitals). I finally decided to have that 15 minute rhinoplasty I have seen on TV because I would never consider a gnarly plastic surgery. It really works folks! The very obvious and noticeable bump of the bridge of my nose that I had since I broke my nose 10 years ago has vanished and it is no longer the first thing you notice when you look at my face. I experienced no pain (I did get numbing cream) and was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Dr. Rivkin was great and talked to me through the whole procedure. I just got home from my re-check and we both agreed that I look fantastic. I will definitely go back to Westside Aesthetics for anything else I might want in the future like botox or a photofacial. And I recommend anyone else who considers having a surgical nose job see Dr. Rivkin before making any cosmetic decisions.
