I love cakes. There is nothing more I can say to express my attachment for this delight. As a result, I have developed a very selective criteria for the kinds of cakes I am willing to buy and eat and boast about. The cakes at this bakery are very fluffy and just sweet enough (which is good for my diabetic friends). This place is thumbs up and perfect. You'll see me in there buy cakes January, February, April, May, July, October, December... or whenever I am in the area. Btw, if you like the sweet cakes from Albertsons or Vons or wherever, maybe this bakery's cakes will be a bit too bland for you. Maybe.

My family has been getting cakes from the Amy Bakery ever since I can remember.... They are amazing... a wonderful yellow cake that is stuffed with fresh whipped cream and FRESH strawberries.... The entire cake is covered with fresh whipped cream and FRESH strawberries... The sides are covered with slivered roasted almonds.... This is a cake of cakes and they are well known for them... Practically everyone I think knows of this Bakery...
