I enjoyed my trip to this bakery because I am a big fan of sugar and bakery delights. I certainly got what I came here when I tried their pound cake. Eating lunch here was certainly a good experience, although it is very difficult to find parking. I found that during the lunch hours it is very busy, and my order also took a while. Other that, they are reasonably, if not well, priced.

Very nice bakery in a vibrant and posh neighborhood! Located in Westwood, where UCLA students and local residents get their pick of fast food restaurants and coffee shops, Elysee is a breath of fresh air and a delight to look at. The atmosphere is great and the desserts are among the fanciest. The prices are a bit pricey but you can't beat the ambiance , since you can sit on the sidewalk with your expresso and a slice of mousse cake.

This place has a wide variety of different sandwiches for you to try. And there is a counter full of desserts that look SO GOOD. Their cake made with fruits is good and so is the chocolate one. Their sandwiches are also very good. Just make sure you specify which type of salad you'd like with it, you don't have to get the kind that typically comes with it.

Elysee is the ideal cafe & bakery. The atmosphere is distinctly relaxing, as opposed to the starbucks pump-out-your- order and get you moving syle. I come in, there's free wifi, there's delicious treats that are hard to find anywhere else, and the coffee is delicious. The service is really inimitable - the barista always makes a wonderful swirling pattern out of steamed milk, whenever I order a mocha. In addition to all this, you'll hear music playing that you almost certainly have never heard before, occasionally from the likes of Dino Merlin and others. This is my favorite coffee shop, period.

Elysee is a great bakery place. You come in and there are treats at the counter for you to try. The atmosphere is very nice but the service is very bad. The workers are snotty and very rude. Other than that, I enjoy getting treats for myself at a low price.
