I bought a used subaru sti from them. I got a great price, plus they gave me an excellent warranty. The sales person(ather) was a sweatheart. I received a 6.99% rate, which is excellent for me. I am very satisfied with their service. I felt very comfy during the whole process. and I will surely go back to them for my next car and I highly recommend them to all my friends. Pros: knowlege, inventory, financing Cons: nothing that I found

We purchase a car using the financing from Universal Subaru on Northern Blvd. After receiving our payment booklet from the bank, we noticed that our loan was MUCH LARGER THAN THE PRICE AGREED UPON. The owner Joe Park stated that they lost our paperwork and he would check into it. IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, THERE ARE TOO MANY DEALERSHIPS IN THE CITY RATHER THAN GIVE BUSINESS TO DISHONEST PEOPLE. Cons: DISHONEST PEOPLE
