Bella Via is by far one of my favorite restaurants. I have been dining at Bella Via since they opened and their food is as delicious as when they first opened! The food is always served fresh & pretty quick. Some times people may mistake that for being rushed... but their staff is very attentive to their customers, making sure they are well waited on. I have taken many of my friends, co-workers and family there and they all have the same reaction... "it was wonderful"... not only the entrees, but the appetizers, salads, drinks, and the ambiance!

I have been going to Bella Via since it has opened. I can't understand some of these reviews. This is one of the best restaurants in Queens and very reasonably priced. The pizza is great and the food is consistently fresh and well prepared. The service and the owners are helpful and friendly, and very attentive. It is a comfortable, relaxing neighbohood restaurant.
Pros: Food, Pizza, Delivery and take out
Cons: none

Worst 'Italian' I've had in a city that bleeds pasta sauce. I've been there twice over a two year span and the result was the same...bad. How could they call themselves Italian when both times they undercooked the pasta to the end that the pasta was stuck together and hard. Why go to a wanna-be Italian when there are two fantastic neighborhood Italian cornerstones within a few blocks. They only thing this place has in its favor is location. Have a drink and maybe a pizza but don't come here to have an meal. So much potential but so little skill.
Pros: Ambiance is nice. Pizza is decent.
Cons: Terrible food. Undercooked pastas. As italian as Prego Pasta sauce.

This relatively new restaurant is perfect for mouth-watering pizza and salad or an elegant dinner. A neighborhood favorite since it opened, you can dine in or out at sidewalk tables. Pizza toppings are imaginative and the wine list is extensive. Warm decor of exposed brick and wood, especially good for the winter months.

I have been going here for years. The food is very fresh, creative and consistant. The fresh pasta is a must, and of course the pizza is always perfect. Service is great, and the owner is usually present. I live in CT and travel to LIC for business, and ALWAYS stop there to take home a pizza! Keep up the good work, can't wait to eat there again.
Pros: too many to list- must try the spinach past with ragu sauce, pizza is great
Cons: parking

I have dined at Bella Via regularly over the past four year. It is just as good today as it was when I first went. The food is consistently great. The pizza is the best. The service and management are always friendly. The neighborhood as certainly grown over the past few years. There are so many people moving in. I highly recommend Bella Via to all the newcombers of LIC. There are many good restaurants in LIC, but Bella Via is by far the best. Everyone must give it a try!
Pros: Food, Pizza, Service, outside seating in the summer. Beautiful view of NYC.

Have been going to Bella Via for two years now and what started out as amazing has become a restaurant we now avoid. Sadly, all the food has come to taste like the brick oven and the wait staff are always rushing you through dinner. Until some type of quality control is implemented, my suggestion to LIC diners in the pursuit of Italian or brick oven pizza,,,, Manettas three blocks away.

Rocco's Restairamt located at 6408 Fort Hamilton Pkwy. Brooklyn, NY
Great Italian food, fresh and delicious. I watched in disbelief one night when they took out hoses at closing and washed down all the showcases and floors. The owner, Rocco, is there from opening to closing to oversee everything. You can either order from the showcase and take out or sit at the tables and friendly waitresses will serve you. The prices are reasonable and many nights I would rather take out from this restaurant than to cook. This restaurant is a gem and a big secret in Brooklyn. Telephone number is: 718-833-2109
I hope that I won't be sorry for giving out this review of one of my favorite restaurants and will have to wait on line. Carol

I discovered Bella Via about a year and a half ago. The restaurant is cozy & warm, casual yet elegant. The food is DELISH! The pizza is the BEST brick oven I've had in a while! The Prosciutto, Arugula Pie is my FAV! What a great flavor combo, I can almost eat the whole thing myself! I've also had several pasta dishes, they were great too! Fabulous dinner with a moderate price! This place is a wonderful neighborhood find! Go check it out!!!!!
Pros: Romantic yet casual, quiet, inexpensive, great food
Cons: Skip dessert
