i'm a total yoga beginner and i haven't been in awhile, but i really enjoyed bridget at yoga world. she is great and mellow and excellent at describing poses and helping you adjust. i had another teacher sub for her once...catherine i think. she was crazy and a little too loud for me. all the classes i went to had a lot of variety and were well-suited for me as i increased my skill. they had cheaper community classes that i really liked. now they have readjusted their skill levels and i'm not sure how difficult everything is. but i can't imagine anyone here would push you or make you catch up. bring cash or check, no credit cards.
