They had very good service, with good food. There was a buffet that was open 24 hours. They also had pizza and ice cream that was also open 24 hours. It is a great way to spend time with your entire family. The price range is very cheap, for such a good cruise. My personal favorite was when the maids clean your room, and on the last night they folded 2 towels into a elephant shape. My kids really enjoyed that. You might even spot a whale or dolpin just like I did on my first cruise ever. I would recommend this cruise line to many families.

They also sell a bunch of salon products and offer great advice whenever requested. They have complete spa/relaxation packages for those who do not know exactly what they want. Personally, the prices are too expensive for me.

I have a very dear friend who was on the the Atkins for three years. He lost 40 pounds and maintained it. But when he went off of it, he gained back most of it.
he was completely healthy while on the diet. his blood work was fine. he loved the atkins bars. they are expensive but very filling. he ate a lot of meat and very few carbs.
his favorite bars are the chocolate decadence bars. they are pretty good.
