I recommend this school to everyone. i think this is a wonderful school with great people and great teachers. i have enjoyed the schools great facilities and resources. The counselors are great and exetremely helpful. there is a sense of home here. i love this school and the girls that go to it too!

The quality of education is good, however the parking is a serious problem as is the entire registration system. As a student of 7 years, I've noticed that the parking fees continue to increase while the actual space of available parking seems to decrease. This is in part due to the overpopulation of the campus and its majors. This also seems to be the reason for registration problems such as disorganization within majors and the prerequisites in regaurd to required classes. It's funny though, the school says it has not enough money to do important things such as increasing the number of classes to support the growing population, yet as I walked to and from class last semester, I noticed all of the new (and unnecessary) landscaping! PROS: Quality of education is good due to many good instructors. CONS: Too many students, therefore parking and registration problems.

Ca State University Long Beach is a great school. I transferred to Ca State University Long Beach After junior college. They have the most beautiful campus that I have ever seen. If you ever get a chance to drop by Ca State University Long Beach, you should really check out the Walter Pyramid. It the only school that have Pyramid on campus.

As a student of Cal State Long Beach I am very proud of my school. The first thing I noticed about the campus is how beautiful it is. There is a lot of trees and grass, and several large fountains. There is even a famous Japonese garden where they hold weddings and allow visitors to attend. The campus is set up very funtionally, with a large parking garage right next to the business building which is a life saver! Compared with private university's, the tuition here is cheap, and there are tons of resources and clubs available to students! The school is very nice and well kept, and the students are friendly and social. Teachers are very accessible, and the school is staffed with many different talented professers. Ask around to friends and family to try to find out who the reccommended instructors are, because teachers make a huge difference in any class you take!
