I just purchased 2 bikes from Jax. Great customer service. I have also gone there for helmets for my kids. They fit each helmet to my kid and had a good selection of kids' helmets.

I purchased a professional, computerized fit for my tri bike, and Sarah spent 1 and 1/2 hours with me to make sure everything was right, including installation of new aerobars. The repair shop area is always busy, but they can do a fairly quick turnaround on your bike. Prices are comparable to other shops, but look for their occasional sales for an even better value.
