My husband and I worked with Vito and he was wonderful to work with. He was reasonable and willing to work with us fairly. He found the car we wanted (we were very specific on color, & options and it had to be a Camry Hybrid too). He even got it delivered for us within a few days! Another dealer tried to sell us a car he had available on the lot and would not help us get the car WE wanted. Vito also gave us the best price on our trade-in.

Pep Boys is a really great place to get any car maintenance or upkeep done. They are quick and do a great job on the car. They get you in and out, while not lacking on any of their duties. Most folks there seem to go out of there way to help you and will ensure you have a good experience. I have gone there for many reasons and have always had a good experience. Their prices are also competitive -- highly recommend Pep Boys!

Had to go to Autozone to replace a gas cap on my car. I went in and had to find a employee to help me find the gas cap section. I told him what car I had and he said just look on the packaging to find the right one. He wasn't doing anything at the time, and I would've thought he could've helped me. As it was, I was confused on which one to get, so I brought two up to the counter and the person ringing me up helped me sort it out. I thought the customer service was poor, as it seemed other people in the store at the time were also having problems getting anyone to help them. I wouldn't go back here again.
