This is a great family owned business that focuses more on quality than quantity. I got my engagement/wedding ring from SE Needham Jewelers and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful their staff was. They didn't grow tired of the different styles and sizes I wanted to look at and they weren't in a hurry to make a quick sale. They wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. The prices are a little more expensive than some of the big name jewelers but you make up for it in customer service. Plus they love to have repeat customers so they offer incentives and discounts for coming in for repeat business. I will continue to go to them for my jewelery needs.

If you're focusing more on Quality than on a cheap deal, then this is the place for you. Very professional and clean atmosphere. Staff are friendly, but prices are high. Not that you don't get your money's worth, but don't go in the store looking for a $50 wedding ring. One bad point is that parking is awful. No front store parking and the rear parking is squished and disorganized. Better to park around the block and walk.
