So you want to put something into your body that hasn't been sprayed by multiple chemicals. well, Shangr-La Health Foods is the place to go. The produce there is so fresh and it all tastes great. It is a bit more then the local store, but it is worth every penny.

I appreciate Shangri-La Health Food for being the only store of its kind that I know of in town. It’s mostly vitamins, but they do have some dried and frozen food (and a lot of it is vegetarian, like egg replacer and Amy’s frozen foods). You can get some really inexpensive TVP here. The owner is up to date on the latest health news and he’s happy to share his tips. Try their dried nuts and fruits.

This is the best health food store! They have everything you could ever look for. They have lots of organic and fresh food choices as well as dried fruit and seeds. I love their flax seed and other additives to recipes. I haven't found a store like this one; the employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always stock up here when we're visiting; they have an excellent selection!

I appreciate Shangri-La Health Food for being the only store of its kind that I know of in town. It’s mostly vitamins, but they do have some dried and frozen food (and a lot of it is vegetarian, like egg replacer and Amy’s frozen foods). You can get some really inexpensive TVP here.
