I've eaten bread all over the country and in Europe, and this has the best bread I have found, so if your idea of great bread is the soft, white stuff pumped full of air, then go ahead and by that stuff at any Walmart. My wife and I, however, drive from Idaho Falls and pick up loaves of bread that we place in our freezer. And all of it is fantastic. And their German Rye is like what I remember in Germany. That's what makes it so much fun. Don't forget the Weihnachtstollen at Christmas either.

Crumb Brother's makes good bread. However, it isn't as good as the hype that seems to be carried with it. The bread that I've got there was really really hard....like rock solid. The thing about that though is that I think that's all apart of what they are going for. They're a bakery that makes "traditional" bread. I guess for those of us, like myself, who know very little about baking bread it's hard to understand why that means that the bread has to be difficult to cut through. Generally, the products are pretty good but not THAT good.
