Finally after long wait Santoros in Littleton is open! The ownership hasn't changed and the food is excellent. It's hard to find a place close to the family friendly atmosphere that Santoro's has in the area. Among the the new Southbridge shopping center where the new Safeway food store is, there is finally more life to the shopping center. Chef Mario is over there and has brought his recipes from Italy and brings in a fun atmosphere to this restaurant. The owners are very friendly and just are a pleasure to talk with all of the time. Really looking forward to visiting more since it's closer to home for me. Rock on Santoro's!!!!!!
Pros: Family friendly, Lunch delivery service, Excellent food
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Santoro's does have decent food but that's where it ends. This "family" business has two sets of rules, one for the family and one for the employees. I've seen family come in and take money out of the drawer and then an employee get blamed for stealing it. Don't give your money to this restaurant, they have bad business practices and I'm shocked they are actually still in business. The owners are rude and don't live up to their word and speak to all their employees like minions. There are plenty of pizza places in Denver, Pick another one.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Bad Leadership and Terrible Owners

I have been going to this place for years - however, as of late, there must be new management. Front desk personnel is horrid. There is always a gathering of employees around the front upon entering - maybe because they have nothing else to do! The crowds are non-existent anymore, another tell-tale sign I should've taken note of. There used to be a regular group of employees we would converse with, who would recognize us, make us feel welcome, etc. However, now it is a whole new crowd who would rather talk to each other than make the customers feel welcome. There is maybe only 1 wait person who we recognize and who recognizes us - must be a lot of turnover going on. This place has totally lost it's "family business" appeal, and now just seems like a run of the mill, "What do you want?" kinda place. Seems no pride of ownership at all, and my dollar is to precious to spend here. BEWARE. Spend yours somewhere where they show they appreciate you.

What a great place to enjoy the best pizza in Denver. Always friendly. Everybody welcomes to chance to serve you and make you feel great. Tell everyone you know to don't miss this one.

I remember back in 2001 when there was a new shopping center that opened up in Lone Tree and saw a pizzeria opening up called Santoro's Brick Oven Pizzeria. My wife and I were very excited that we were getting a neighborhood pizzeria. When we went in for the first time and tried the pizza we were hooked. Superb freshly made salads, the pizza was heavenly and the sandwiches brought back fond memories of our east coast vacation. Of course I tried the cheese steak for lunch at one time and thought I was in Philadelphia. Santoro's has been a regular staple of my family get togethers and we always feel welcome with the smiles from the employees. Since 2001 we have always been there for family events, and the new expansion really has made it easier to be seated faster in this popular restaurant. Our next time out to Santoro's will be to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We're really looking forward to it.
Pros: Great neighborhood, personable employees

Wow, I would first like to say that I was going to write a review based on my family's wonderful dining experiences and how much we love Santoros. I will still do so by saying, my family loves the pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Great variety and quality. In reading the review below, I think this person is reviewing the wrong restaurant. We are a family of five and we have been frequenting (once a week) Santoros since 2001. My family has always been able to order and be served whatever we wanted. It is obvious to me that cleanliness is a priority, otherwise my family would not be eating there. The servers have always been pleasent and the review below attacked someone ,which is cruel and unecessary. People lets stick to a true review and not critique someone's appearence.
We have many friends and family that we have recommended this restaurant to, and we will continue to do so. Sanotoros we love you! :)

First of all, let me say, food is good, not great. However, . . .when noticing details, they need a lot of polishing and it has gone downhill in the last few years I have been there. BATHROOM: around the stool looks as if it hasn't been cleaned EVER!!! (women's at least; havent seen men's; can only imagine). SERVICE: always have the same server who needs a shave and must never wash her clothes - why would'nt management comment on this to her (yes, her! - maybe should be behind the scenes!). Also, there has been more than one occasion in which they are out of menu items, including one time - - the cheese for the pizza!!! I think a little more attention is needed in the running of this place as it seems there is no one in charge as far as management goes. I was in last weekend, and was placed in their new dining addition, and there are SOOOO many tables in there, we were wedged in like sardines!!! Very bad atmosphere, no pictures, (had to look at storage area right off table!) ; no tv's, no music, almost like an afterthought room - nothing like having to listen to my next table's events of the week - heard it loud and clear since they were almost in my lap. So. . . will not return until I see some improvements within the whole place - staff, atmosphere of new room, and stability of the menu.

When I call in to place my pick up order 50% of the time I get someone totally rushed and rude on the phone. They never have take out menus available for future orders. The food is usually pretty good, pizza and calzones travel pretty well. We would love to try something else on the menu but we don't have a take out menu to look at so we can place an order in advance!

I love their Philly Chicken Cheesesteak. Try it with double meat and banana pepper rings. Their pizza is also great. Best locally owned, non-chain restaurant in Lone Tree.

Do not book if you have party over "4", do not fall prey to $50 deposit for private room if you want a waiter, do not expect table to be ready if you "call ahead"
