The Big O location on Kipling and Bowles (don't go there) had put my tires on wrong on top of losing my summer tires as well. On my way to work I had to pull over because I had 2 flat tires both on the driver's side. Immediately I assumed I had run over something causing both tires to go flat. My husband came with an air compressor and put air in my tires that way I could drive my car to the nearest tire shop which was the Big O on W Remington Pl. They got my car in right away and fixed my tires for free. They basically told me that my tires had not been put on properly which caused them to leak. I was very impressed with the customer service I received especially when compared to the customer service I have received at the Kipling and Bowles location- I will never go there again and will definitely use the Remington location from now on.

Great store...always busy. Shop early for Xmas for best selection. If you see something you like, buy it NOW because it will be sold out when you go back to pick it up.
Photo processing great - they are all I've used for the past 3 years with zero problems. Even have didgital printing via online download now. Half the price of Walgreens. Fully worth the annual fee.
PROS: great brands, save money
CONS: everything comes in big sizes, sells out fast

I blew a tire in Evergreen and didn't have a spare. I was interested in Green Diamond tires and called to check availability. They had my size and even delivered it to me in Evergreen! I have never had such great service as this from a tire dealer!

EXCELLENT! I was looking for an SUV battery and I found this place on CS. The battery they had for my Ford Escape had more CC Amps, a better warranty, and a lower price than Sears. Since my Escape "died" close to the store, they were even able to deliver the battery out to my vehicle and install it (...saving me a tow charge $$$). Very courteous and quick service! I will definately be a repeat customer!
Pros: Great service, knowledgeable, and courteous!
Cons: None so far.

We had a good experience here. After another dealer in Lakewood looked at road hazard damage on one of our tires and declared it cosmetic and not covered under warranty, this dealership looked at the deep gash in the side of our tire and said it needed to be replaced ASAP.
They took care of it for a small service charge.

The selection and service at this Big O Tires is great. They have a lot of tires in stock and have a large selection of wheels that can be ordered for you. Their service was fast and accurate and their optional warrantees are very reasonably priced. I would recommend Big O Tires for service on your car.

The name of this store is somewhat confusing. They also carry cell phones and a lot of odds and ends - including car parts. It was interesting to look around and see what they had to offer. They did have a friendly staff that was somewhat knowledgeable in the products they stock.
