This past weekend i had to take my granddaughter to have her hair cut..She had decided to clip her own hair. Now she is afraid of new people and was very apprehensive when the lady put the cape around her neck.. She started crying and would not stop. The stylist knelt down and showed her a picture of her children and told her how she cuts her childrens hair. And she took the time to talk to her until she stopped crying... She did a fantastic job with what hair she had left...
At that time an elderly gentleman came in...He had palsy and was trembling... She very gently cut his hair and trimmed his facial hair up...
