I was very pleased with Solosy Funeral Home as well as the rest of the family and many compliments from our guests who came to pay their respects to my father. The funeral home is very nice and well taken care of. The staff is exceptional. Never did I have to worry about anything! They assured me from the time I called letting them know my father passed that they would take care of everything...and they did just that. These people are professionals through and through, however they also made me feel like a close friend of theirs, by taking the time to talk with me and not treat me like I was just another "customer". There was never any pressure to purchase a "high end" casket or anything else, they assured me that it was totally up to me what I wanted and when I asked about cost of caskets, vaults, right down to the sign in book, never once did they make me feel as if I wasn't spending enough or purchasing the "best" for my father. I am now dedicated to the Solosy Funeral Home and I highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a funeral home! I also want to add that my father looked wonderful. He was so ill for the last 4 years and had lost so much weight, lost all the color in his once brilliant face but when we came in to view my father for the first time at the funeral home, we were just amazed how they made him look like he "use" too, of course he was still so frail, but the slight smile on his lips and the color of his cheeks made me feel as if he was finally at rest and in no more pain. That meant the world to me and my family. more
