The setting is great, friendly people. But their pizza was under cooked and their chicken wings were cold. Kind of small in side but the staff is friendly and helpful.

When I went in I was hoping to find more styles to select from. They were also pretty low on different sizes for the different styles of shoes. However, they did have good customer service, which helped. Overall, not a bad place to shop at.

Rhode Island Dermatology and Cosmetic Center is very easy to get to and has ample parking. I've found the office staff to be very helpful. You are able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time from your call. The doctor is very knowledgable and answers all your questions. They can do many procedures right there in the office too.

The Asia Grill is an excellent place to go for Chinese food. They have great combination plates and the servings are large. The inside has just been redone and they feature karaoke of Tuesday nights. IT looks like a real hip place to be. It is a little more expensive than other Chinese restaurants but well worth the cost.

Kensho-Ryu is a wonderful place for children to go to learn Karate. It is not like some of the other Karate studios which focus on competition; rather this one focuses on making the child a well rounded human being. Self control is one of the first things taught. Lessons are reasonable and when you sign up for an 8 week session, the uniform is free. What a great way to improve your child's self esteem.

Lincoln Animal Hospital has a couple of really good veterinarians. Although they are a little more expensive than others around here, the facilty is clean and the doctors spend adequate time with you and your pet. They do everything from routine shots to some emergency care. A really nice vet.

Marshalls is the place to go if you’re looking for a bargain on clothing, shoes or accessesories. The Lincoln mall location is larger than your average Marshalls, boasting a wide variety of goods. This location has a “Shoe Megashop” and stocks a huge variety of shoes for men, women and children. The selection of bargain-priced shoes is unbeatable and the layout of the shoe section is far more attractive than most stores. Rather than being arranged on high shelves and divided by size, the shoes are displayed on low shelves and grouped by style. They also have a large selection of clearance shoes.

I am by no means a rock climbing expert. I have only been climbing a few times, and only indoors. So my opinion is from a beginner's point of view, but it should still be valid for other beginners reading this. Although I am athletic enough, not being a rock climber myself I found going to a rock gym somewhat intimidating. All my fears were immediately washed away as soon as we got there though. My girlfriend and I took beginner's lessons (with a group of other beginner's we did not know) with a couple of very good instructors. On Friday and Sunday nights they have College Night, where college students get the beginner class including all rentals for ten dollars. They have the same deal on Saturday for ladies and all day Monday for service industry workers.
First, we had to fill out some forms and get our shoes and harnesses and all, and then we waited a bit while they assembled enough beginners for the class. The instructors were very friendly and learning the ropes (haha!) was easy. After the class ended my girlfriend and I continued to climb on our own for a good two hours. You need to go with a partner though (or you can have a group of three and take turns) because you need someone to belay for you. I couldn't believe how much fun it was, and it was much easier than I thought it would be. The only problem is the place is kind of out of the way, otherwise I would be there all the time. The RIRG has me hooked on climbing!

More
I love Children First Pediatrics. I was referred to them when I was pregnant 5 years ago by my sister and have seen Dr Levenson for my children's doctor ever since. When the kids are sick and I call the office, they return my call very quickly. When I see a doctor for a sick visit, I don't always see my own child's doctor but they all are very knowledgeable and talk to you like you arent and idiot. I have always been comfortable questioning Dr. Levenson about anything and she always answers my questions in a friendly manner. She makes you feel like you are a friend that she is explaining something to. This is far from what I remember when I went to a pediatrician.
Although there are not any male doctors, I heard they were looking for some. There are one or two new doctors on board that I cant vouch for but I assume that they are just as good.
Oh, the rooms are also decorated in themes that are kid friendly, like a sports room, precious moments and some others.
They do have a waiting room with toys and stuff and I guess they probably dont get cleaned often but I think that is typical of any office. Germs are everywhere. I have heard that one or two offices dont have any toys because of the spread of germs but I would take my chances because of the quality of the doctors.
